1.T9Z-4 is a budget tachometer, there is only RPM, revolutions per minute.
    (The T9Z-6 features are RPM, revolutions per minute and RPS, revolutions per second.
    This is selected with Finger-RPS or Tear-PPM at Terminals 2 and 4).
2. At a low speed (<10 RPM), if one pulse is adjusted for the revolution, then the measurement capture time will be long (> 6 seconds), and the tachometer can judge that the operation is still motionless and will yield Zero.
To increase the sensitivity for observation, use the PPR setting.
3. To change the function of the device, the power supply must be reset to activate.
